CERAMIC FILTER

Ceramic Filter is a modern, high efficient and energy saving solid-liquid separation apparatus that assembles microfiltration, machinery, ultrasonic technology and full-automation. It uses microporous ceramic and silicon carbide as the filter media through which no air only liquid can pass instead of filter cloth.
The key to the ceramic filter is the ceramic filtration plate. It is made of new microporous ceramic and silicon carbide. According to the different situation and materials, customers may select the different material filtration plate.
It has been widely used in dehydration of beneficiated ore and gangue, such as non-ferrous metal, rare metal, ferrous metal and non-metal, fine chemistry, paper making, medicine, fiber, and disposal of waste water.
The characteristics:
1. High vacuum degree (0.09～0.098MPa), filter cake has low water content.
2. Solid content of liquid <50ppm, repeated application is available, drainage is lessened, pollution free.
3. It can save 90% energy or above in contrast with traditional filter with low consumption and low cost.
4. High degree of filtration and long life. Filter cake cleaning process is added to clean proper materials.
5. It combines PLC, computer and automatic valve control with high automatization and labor force has been lowered.
6. Close structure, cover less floor area, convenient installation and maintenance.
7. Advanced drainage system fits for any working state.

Ceramic filter plate

The key to the ceramic filter is the ceramic filtration plate.It is made of new microporous ceramic and silicon carbide. The unique constructure of ceramic plate creates uniform micropores . When the ceramic pore is suitable, the pore maintains the sufficient fluid condition throughout the filtering process because of the capillarity. The air cannot pass the filtration plate, only liquid could flow. So the vacuum can be above 0.09Mpa. Therefore the energy consumption is lower and the liquid-solid separation effect is better.
We supply white corundum filtration plate and the silicon carbide filtration plate. According to the different situation and materials, customers may select the different material filtration plate.

Characteritics
1. Framework has high concentration, film has high intensity, excellent resistance to wear, compression and corrosion. White alundum is electrically melted and moulded into grads with 500t hydraulic press and 1800 whole agglomeration, pressure resistance can reach 8bar.
2. High open porosity and productivity; high filtering precision, low vacuum consumption. Fine materials, whole compound, stick without glue, good water permeability, open porosity can reach 92%, adopt 1800mesh superfine white alundum film-spraying pre-coating technique which has good capillary function and low vacuum consumption.
3. Many methods for regeneration, service life is greatly prolonged. It can be cleaned with organic solvent under high temperature and high pressure with good regenerating effect and long service life.
